The sense of spiritual history of the world
I try to capture the sense of the spiritual history of humanity
Analyzing the history of humanity from the earliest times to the turn of the old and new era, we reflect on various events that took place then. Nowadays, each of us is almost certain that this story is an accidental set of facts that probably do not form a logical sequence leading to a specific goal. Modern history also seems to be only a course of random events. I will try, however, to look at the history of mankind from the point of view imitating the view of the Creator. More scientifically, it can be called a look from the point of view of providential salvation. I am referring to the historical process according to God's laws as set out in the Creator's original assumptions in which the fall of the first people was not taken into account.
For the Creator from the beginning the goal was an ideal world in which his children would live and in whom they would reach perfection within decades of their life. Such people would pass into the spiritual world forever after physical death. This is the unchangeable Will of God and it should happen sooner or later.
The concept of the Creator consisted in the initiation of a human family in the form of the first married couple, that is Adam and Eve. They were to be the first parents for future generations. Adam and Eve are biblical figures, but it does not matter to me whether they have such names. I use here biblical references only to facilitate understanding of the fact that the Creator began to create mankind from one man and one woman. From this point of view, his son Adam and his daughter Eve are the key to the future of the world and to His goal of creating the world. Because God cannot fail, it should be so.
Therefore, due to the perfection of God and the necessity to realize His plan to create a perfect world, Adam and Eve should become the perfect married couple. Unfortunately, the first Adam left his position and never reached the goal. In place abandoned by First Adam should appear Second Adam. That's what happened. It was Jesus Christ.
Jesus, just like the First Adam, had to be born free from any addiction to Satan, that is, be without original sin. His entire pedigree and birth could not be burdened by Satan's genealogy in any way. The logic of the emergence of the chosen people was to serve this purpose. It is not by coincidence that the entire history of the Old Testament is the generation path leading to the birth of Jesus. Purification of the pedigree for the future sinless births of the Second Adam has already begun Eve in the Garden of Eden by her will to return to her legitimate spouse, Adam. As a result, she launched a generational mechanism for the renewal of the fallen lineage of men in order to reconnect it to the divine lineage, that is, the one who finally had Christ. Such biblical central figures as Abel, Noah, Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, as well as women like Sarah, Rachel, Rebecca or Tamar – all of them have worked out the conditions for the purification of the only womb from which the Son of God was to be born without original sin.
Here is the whole story of the ancient world: every central figure, every moment, every event has directly or indirectly contributed to the birth of Jesus Christ as the Second Adam for all mankind.
Jesus reached the level of personal perfection, as the First Adam should have done. He defeated the threshold, which his predecessor did not cross. He did this when he overcame three great temptations from Satan in the desert. He became the Lord of the world of angels, also the Lord Jesus for the spiritual world. Thanks to this, he made possible a return to paradise for all mankind. We call him Christ, because he bought the world from Satan's rule. He did this by experiencing death on the cross, which he then defeated through resurrection. As a result, he became not only the Lord of the spiritual world, but also the Lord of the physical world, or Lord Jesus for people living on Earth.
Jesus, by attaining the level of perfect Adam, actually became the first Son of God. The next step would be the revival of Eve, and further the salvation of mankind. However, the continuation of the renewal of the original concept of the Creator ended only in the restoration of Adam's position. This came about because the Jewish nation, which had earned the work of Jesus before, did not fulfill its historical mission at the crucial moment. He rejected Jesus without recognizing the long-awaited Messiah in Him. I explain this in detail in the chapters on the mission of Jesus Christ. Summing up this event in a modern language, it can be said that Jesus was forced to fulfill Plan B, because Plan A, due to the lack of Jewish faith, could not be realized.
For the sake of clarity, I will describe what I understand by implementing Plan A because the implementation of plan B has seen the whole world.
Jesus was to save the world both through His personality and through His teaching. His mission was to do it quickly, preferably within one generation. Meanwhile, the birth of the Messiah in a small, weak nation, existing somewhere on the periphery of the then civilization, could not ensure the rapid spread of his teachings. A great political, economic and military power had to help him. I'm talking about the Roman Empire here.
From a human point of view, the Romans were invaders who mastered a large part of Europe, as well as a piece of Africa and Asia, including the areas of the then-Israeli state. Like all invaders or invaders, they could not be welcomed by the conquered Jewish nation. Meanwhile, from the point of view of carrying out the process of humanity's salvation, the role of the Romans was completely different. They were to help realize the scenario that I called plan A, that is, to allow Jesus to disseminate his teachings as quickly as possible around the contemporary world. The usefulness of the Romans to this role can be proved by their great efficiency in organizing communication routes between the conquered territories. So let's look at the possibilities of implementing this plan better. Had the Jews accepted the teachings of Jesus, they would give Him full spiritual and physical support as his innumerable apostles. Just as the Jewish elders managed to persuade the Romans to make a decision to kill Jesus, they might as well have persuaded them to support his work. In this way, the Roman Empire could gain a strong ideology to influence the fate of the then ancient world. I would like to draw your attention to the fact that at that time the religion professed by the Romans was very superficial and practically did not count as an ideology that could dominate conquered nations. It could not be replaced by the spectacular cult of the emperor or organized games. In the meantime, Jesus' teaching about the Kingdom of Heaven was of immense strength. Evidence of this is the fact that it was successfully spread to the first centuries of our era, despite the crucifixion of Jesus and the failure of the chosen people. If Plan A were to be fulfilled, then the work of Jesus, with the support of His then surroundings, would relatively quickly cover the whole of Europe and maybe today we would live in the world under the authority of God.
As you can see, apart from our "external" assessment of history, there is another assessment of the history of mankind. The above text presents such an "internal" view of ancient and modern history. In this light, there is nothing strange in the fact that the day Jesus is born is the border between the old and the new era. In the face of the above reasoning, it is also difficult to undermine the truth that Jesus is the greatest hero in the history of mankind.
The modern era is therefore intended to establish a second attempt to carry out the work of salvation for humanity. And just as in antiquity, so now every moment, every event should have an immediate or direct influence on the moment of fulfilling the condition for the appearance of the Son of God in a kind of chosen nation. For this, the names of all monotheistic religions, such as Judaism, Christianity and Islam, can be claimed as they spread throughout the world. That is what they are expecting for the reappearance of someone representing God. They are, therefore, sufficiently ready to receive the Returning Redeemer who is the continuator of the mission of the First and Second Adams.
For now, it is clear that this principle is used by various false messiahs, but the moment will come when the proper one will come to complete the original plan of the Creator.
I believe that in this expectation, it is not worth looking to the sky to see the descendant of humanity coming down from above. The process of saving must be done first on Earth, and only then its effects will be visible in Heaven. This is due to the fact that the First Adam was born on Earth. The Second was also born here, and therefore, according to the rule of perfection of God's plan, and this Third Adam should be born on Earth.
The tragedy of the fall of the first people took place in the Garden of Eden, that is, on Earth. Therefore, the reversal of this tragedy must take place in the same area in which the collapse took place. For this reason Jesus had to be born on Earth and therefore He had to be a human being. His crucifixion was the second after Adam and Eve's fall away from the Heavenly Father, which prolonged His loneliness for the next millennia.
It was people who contributed to both the tragedy of the fall and crucifixion. That's why people have to fix it. It was not God who caused the fall of the first people and the crucifixion of Jesus Christ. Therefore, it is not He who is to repair the effects of events with which He had nothing to do with.
The last act of world salvation leading to the creation of an ideal world must take place on Earth. The whole history of mankind is going exactly to this. And it will certainly happen so that the Will of God will remain unchanged and fully realized.
